Rental PolicyRESERVATIONSReservations by internet @ www.beaconhillbeach.com 24 hours per day. Reservations by phone @ 850-639-2371 Monday—Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM central time. RENTAL PAYMENT & RESERVATIONS For your convenience we accept payment by Visa , Mastercard, Cash, Traveleler’s checks and personal checks if received 60 days in advance of reservation. When your reservation is placed 100% of payment is due at that time. In addition, to the rental charge a $300.00 damage deposit is due and 11% sales tax is due at the time of your reservation. The damage deposit is refundable with in 30 to 45 days of departure. CANCELLATIONS / RE-SCHEDULING All cancellations or re-scheduling must be made in writing. Address to the attention of Glynnis Lanier at P.O. Box 1112 Wewahitchka Florida 32465. There will be a $200.00 fee for cancellation or re-scheduling. If cancellations are made with in two weeks of the reservation during the summer season (May 20th –September 12th) all rental funds are fortified. There will be no refund unless the unit is re-rented for that time period. HURRICANE REFUNDS If a mandatory evacuation is called your rental funds will be refunded less any days you were able to stay and a $125.00 fee. CHECKING IN Check in time is 3:00 PM central time. Please check in at the rental unit located at 9159 West US Highway 98 Beacon Hill Florida. CHECKING OUT Check out time is 10:00 AM central time. Upon departing, please complete the following: wash all dishes, empty refrigerator, take out the garbage, place all furnishings in their original positions, check under beds, behind doors and in drawers and closets for personal items, leave air conditioning on 78 degrees during the summer months or heat on 55 degrees during the winter months, lock all windows and doors and leave the door key on the kitchen table. Failure to return key will result in a $25.00 fee. RENTAL RATES JANUARY 1 THROUGH MAY 19TH DAILY RATE IS $130.00 PER NIGHT FOR 2 NIGHTS OR $105.00 PER NIGHT 3 NIGHTS OR MORE. MAY 20TH THROUGH SEPTEMBER 12TH DAILY RATE IS $168.00 PER NIGHT FOR 2 NIGHTS OR $143.00 PER NIGHT 3 NIGHTS OR MORE. SEPTEMBER 13TH THROUGH DECEMBER 31 DAILY RATE IS $130.00 PER NIGHT FOR 2 NIGHTS OR $105.00 PER NIGHT 3 NIGHTS OR MORE. OTHER FEES INCLUDE TAX OF 11% AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $300.00. ACCOMMODATIONS For your convenience, all beds are complete with sheets, pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads an initial supply of bath towels, wash cloths and bath mats are provided. No toiletries are provided these are the renters responceability. It is also recommended that each renter bring towels for the beach. The house is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen; dishwasher, microwave, cable tv, central H&A, vacuum, coffee maker, toaster, stove, telephone, stereo, extra pillows & blankets, refrigerator. No washer & dryer. Cleaning is provided for this house as part of the rental fee; however, we ask that it be left in a respectable manner. MAINTENANCE & HOUSEKEEPING For any maintenance problems please see instructions on refrigerator in side house. If additional sheets or towels are needed we need 48 hours notice and a fee of $100.00 is charged If additional cleaning is needed we need 48 hours notice and a $100.00 fee is charged. OCCUPANCY Occupancy is restricted solely to residential use and for the specific number of occupants. Six is the maximum for this house. You will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund if one of the following is discovered during your stay: house parties, pets, more than the maximum number of guest allowed and rental obtained under false pretense or misrepresentation. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years. Exceptions do apply to the age limit. PETS & SMOKING ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING ARE ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE. |
